Registration Information
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We are doing something different this year. We will be posting the registration forms and waiver onto this website on March 16th, which is 3 weeks prior to registration open day of April 6th. By doing this, we hope to give you more time to complete the forms, get signatures and ask questions, so the forms will be more complete.
- Registration opens April 6th 9am.
- ANY REGISTRATION FORMS RECEIVED PRIOR TO APRIL 6TH AT 9 AM, WILL BE DELETED
- ANY REGISTRATION FORMS RECEIVED WITH NO WAIVER, WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
- Forms are fillable, meaning you can fill them out online and save them, so they can be emailed. No printing required (except for the waiver).
- If you do print the forms, please use an app such as Genius Scan to take a pdf of the completed forms and waiver to email. Taking pictures of the pages and email (in high resolution) are acceptable as well, but pdf is preferred.
- Completed entry forms, waivers & payment can be:
- emailed to [email protected] along with E-Transfer to [email protected]
- Mailed to the address on the form
- Must be received by the show Secretary by Friday May 17th in order to qualify for the reduced office fee of $10
- Office fee is $10 per person for both days. Not $10 per day, Not $10 per horse/rider.
- Each Horse/Rider combination requires a new form.
- Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
- You must use horse’s registered name on the entry form if you are collecting NAERIC points.
- Age categories are as of January 1st 2024. Lead line – 8 & under, Pee Wee – 10 & under, Junior – 13 & under, Intermediate – 14 - 18, Senior – 19 & over.
- Rider’s Birthdate MUST be entered on the form.
- A show Representative reserves the right to ask for proof of age before, during or after the show.
Reduced Office Fee
Registration forms and payment must be received (not postmarked) by the show Secretary by Friday May 17th in order to qualify for the reduced office fee of $10. After May 17th, office fee is $20.00.

Overnight Stalls
- STALLS ARE PRE-ASSIGNED – you cannot pick which one you want.
- 40 box stalls are available for $10 each night for those who require overnight stabling
- Friday to Saturday 6pm $10 Stall Fee
- Saturday 6pm to Sunday 6pm $10 Stall Fee
- Stalls are only for horses registered in the show
- You must clean out your stall prior to leaving the grounds
- Temporary pens not permitted on the grounds; competitors may tie to their trailers.
- There will be a stall list posted on Friday at 2pm. Check the list before you unload.

Changes / Cancellation Policy
Please contact the show secretary as soon as you know you have changes to make – Please do not wait until the day before or the day of the show. It is a lot of work to make changes, please get the changes to us ASAP.

- Refunds will only be given prior to May 24th less office fee via cheque after the show.
- No refunds May 24th to June 2nd
Admission to the grounds
- There will be no gate admission this year. No wristbands needed.
- Invite all of your friends and family to come watch !
- The canteen in the Red Barn will be open both days at 8am
